The vision for Senior Class Food Service began to take shape as Michael began to see the pain points surrounding managing Greek life food services. He noticed:

  • Talented/authentic chefs are becoming scarce

  • Low-quality yet expensive meal planning

  • Difficulty in finding and properly training quality staff

Michael noticed that the Greek Food service was a dying art and believed he could create something bigger, and better. Not only does Michael work with his chefs to co-create a diverse and mouth-watering menu, but he also uses his proprietary, bespoke methods to keep costs lower than the competition. As Senior Class Food Service grows, it is gaining a reputation as being in a class of its own.

Meet The Chef

From running a kitchen as a student to opening a restaurant at the age of 22, Michael is formally trained in Italian and French cuisine. He got his start at a local restaurant and bakery for a decade as the Chef/R&D manager, followed by work specializing in fine dining for French, Italian, Seafood, Sonoran, Eclectic casual, and Banquet/catering. He also has decades of experience in Multi-unit, F&B Consulting, Restaurant design, F&B Analytics, as well as Restaurant QA & Audits transitioning into operating Greek life food service for 15 years.
